This legal contract is designed to inform the client that they agree to submit a portion of the total amount of the service cost as a retainer and NOT JUST A DEPOSIT
Specific clauses designed for this industry:
- Prevent you from the need to refund a deposit if the clients choose to cancel the event.
- Clients will NOT have the ability to get a refund
- The contract can be edited to determine the client's ability to move dates or make changes.
