With this Contract YOU WILL have the ability to protect yourself and brand from the nagging issues most Drone Operators in the industry face with their clients.

This legal contract is designed to inform the client of the equipment used during the shoot. The client understands that there may be limitations in play due to FAA regulations. The content creator reserves the right to use the images for their own usages such as stock footage, youse or personal use unless an NDA is provided and more.

Specific clauses designed for this industry:

  • VENUE AND LOCATION LIMITATIONS

States that you are not responsible if you're unable to capture footage due to unforeseen FAA regulation based on the property.

  • MODEL/PROPERTY RELEASE

Clients gives you full permission to use the footage for the purpose of this project as well as portfolio and stock resale purposes and other specific photography and mapping rights.

  • Cooperation

Client is to inform you of anything on the property that could cause damage to the equipment such as power lines, aggressive animals, nets, cables or wires.

  • FORCE MAJEURE
  • PERMITS
  • POST PRODUCTION AND EDITING
  • Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Venue.
