This legal contract is designed to be used when hiring a 2nd shooter. It includes and non-compete agreement. This agreement ensures that all of the footage collected during the project belongs to you. It also prevents the 2nd shooter from gaining new business at your event. They are there to represent your brand. Even if asked about services while on location they understand to refer them to YOUR company and more.

- Memory Card Clause
States that they are to hand over all memory cards for you to handle & transfer data and release the raw files that you choose back to the 2nd shooter via digital download like drop box.
- Copyright Clause
You own ALL of the rights to the images and the 2nd shooter cannot resale the images or post then anyplace that generates profit without your permission.
- Usage Right
You give the 2nd shooter permission to use the provided images in their portfolio with proper credit on and after a specific date.
